Open the app and tap I Parked Here. The app saves your current location and shows it as a pin on the map. You can then add a note (like “Level 3, near lift B”), take a photo of a pillar or sign, and start a parking timer.

Tap Take Me There. You can get walking directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps. You can set your favourite in the app’s Settings so it opens straight away.

Tap the History button at the top right. Your newest spot is at the top. You can search by place, note or date, tap a spot to see its map and photo, or swipe left to delete it.

GPS signals are weak indoors and underground, so the location can be off or show the building entrance. For these carparks, the note and photo are the most reliable way back: type the level and lot number, and snap the nearest pillar or sign. For the best GPS fix, save your spot near the carpark entrance or open sky when possible.

Go to your iPhone’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, make sure Location Services is on, then tap Where Did I Park? and choose While Using the App. Turning on Precise Location also helps.

Go to Settings → Where Did I Park? and turn on Camera. You can also choose an existing photo instead of taking a new one.

Check Settings → Notifications → Where Did I Park? and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that a Focus mode (like Do Not Disturb or Sleep) isn’t silencing the app. Reminders work even when the app is closed.

Yes. While a timer is running, tap Extend to add 30 minutes. Your reminders are updated automatically.

No. Your spots, photos and notes are stored only on your iPhone. We have no accounts and no servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes, if you set up your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one. The app’s data is included in your normal iPhone backup.

In the app, open Settings (top left) and tap Clear All Data. This permanently deletes all spots, photos, notes and timers. Deleting the app also removes all of its data.
